Best computer repair technicians near Great Neck, NY

"The service went Wonderful! The technician was above and beyond! Made it very convenient for me by coming to my house to do the repair. Extremely knowledgeable about everything else that I need. Thank You!"

"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"I doubt there is a computer issue that Jason Luft cannot solve. He is intelligent, savvy, responsive, professional and charming. I am pleased to know he is on my team and can explain everything without making me feel dumb. You cannot go wrong to hire Jason. Solving all your computer issues will be a pleasant experience."

"Call Louder Helped me to set up my computer professionally,"

"Hired Mr Tech for a large commercial project which entailed running and setting up 80 computers, running network cabling for them to a server room. Setting up and connecting servers, patch panels and switches, 80 VoIP office phones, access points, ceiling speakers and 36 ip cameras across a 10,000 feet location. The work was completed over a month ago but I wanted to wait a while to make sure there were no issues. Everything has been working flawlessly. Rob and crew are hardworking, knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with all the work and impressed with the timely manner & way it was done. Very neat & clean. Will definitely use again, you would be foolish to go elsewhere. A+++"

"We ordered and received a Megacaid Gaming Machine at our home in Southampton, NY, but couldn't find anyone with the expertise to disassemble it, fit it into the elevator, bring it down to the basement, and reassemble it. I called several AV companies in the Hamptons, and none of them felt confident taking on the job. I finally went just a little bit further afield and found Nyakan Creations. Steve, the owner, answered the phone himself. I sent him a video from the manufacturer, and he accepted the job on the spot. He came out with a coworker, took the machine apart, protected the floors, somehow maneuvered it into the elevator, brought it down to the basement, and put it all back together. True professionals, and a very reasonable price! This was a very niche job that really needed an expert. If you need anything like this done, call Steve and his crew! Nyakan Creations also handles audio, TVs, installation and setup, home theaters, home automation, WiFi, and more."

"Yes he figured it out the issue and connected my pc computer correctly way very responsible and professional"

"Mike Perez called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and was terrific in helping me with my computer and printer problems. I would recommend him to anybody interested in quality troubleshooting."

"Seeing every desktop icon suddenly blinking was pretty alarming, especially since there was no obvious reason for it. I reached out to MicroSec because I was worried something bigger was going wrong with the computer. They took a look remotely, found the problem, and got the desktop behaving normally again. What stood out was how thorough they were instead of just applying a quick fix and moving on. Very reassuring experience, and the computer has been working great since."

"The service was good and quick and the IT offered extra information the I did not know about the computer."
