Once you move on to the revision process you get to revise your designs three times included in the price! After you approve your design they produce a full construction set which is what you need to go to permitting. They stand by their drafting and offer unlimited redline revisions. This is a wonderful and much needed service for design professionals and contractors for fast & reliable plans."

"I was very pleased with the work done by Chris at Rochester Renovation. His designer, Bev did a great job coming up with a beautiful plan with very nice materials, while being mindful of my budget. Quotes from other companies for the same cost had inferior cabinets, counters, and flooring. During the actual remodel, it was clear to me that Chris was very experienced and knew what he was doing. A few unexpected things came up during the demo (problems with the existing soffits and floor), but Chris was able to resolve them and he communicated with me very well throughout the whole process. He is an excellent carpenter. I especially appreciated his attention to detail. I knew that every little thing was going to come out looking wonderfully -- and it did!
