"Doug Shultz, took my call without me having to leave a message, and came to my home the next day to size up my bath remodel project and gave an estimate.  He also made some recomendations based on his knowledge and experience.  He even offerred to meet me at Home Depot to help select the new materials and fixtures.  We did not take him up on this but did call him from the store when questions arose and he was immediately available to answer.  Work commenced the following week.  Doug showed much skill and a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the work.  He is a pleasant and courteous fellow.  He completed the work on schedule and I was very satisfied with my new bath.  Doug provided a good contractor experience for me and good value for my money.
