He came highly recommended from a fellow plumber that I called late on a Saturday nite when I discovered that my basement had been filling up with water. John called me back and came to my house as soon as he could Sunday morning and was there with a member of his crew Mark I believe, and they worked all day and evening pumping out my basement to get to the cause of the problem. John was very good at keeping me well informed every step of the way. He has been in the business for over 15 years I believe he said and his expertise shows. He knows exactly what to do and will work extremely hard to get it done quickly correctly and to make you happy. John also checked back in with me several times to make sure there were no issues with anything and assured me he would be there if there was 24/7. John is such a nice guy and extremely easy to work with and I could not recommend him and his company more!! "I had Countywide Paving pave my driveway, and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The craftsmanship was laughable. It was evident that little care or attention to detail was put into the job. Not only did this compromise the aesthetic appeal of my property, but it also raised concerns about the longevity and durability of the driveway. After two years, the sides of the driveway began to crumble and fall apart. Large cracks began to form near the middle and pieces of the driveway have since come off. I reached out to Brian for help, because he guaranteed that the driveway would be under warranty for 5 years. Brian initially responded and told me he would fix the driveway, no problem. He took down my information and said that he would get right back to me. Well that was over a year ago. My calls went unanswered, and text messages ignored. It has been incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark, especially considering the substantial investment I made in their services. Overall, my experience with Countywide Paving was deeply disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, coupled with subpar workmanship and poor communication, left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied.
