 + -1 moreHorrible experience. They installed a Drainage system that worked UNTIL deep cold came and the pipes froze. The system was not installed properly, and due to poor pitch, the pipes froze and caused a back up that flooded our basement right over the foundation wall. Never had a wet basement for 10 years until they touched our property, The contractor suggested I tell my insurance company that my sump pump failed to try to get it fixed. They then refused to provide their insurance information or even come fix the issue. Stay far far away from this company. Their guarantee and claim to be insured is a flat out lie.
Description of Work: We had a drainage issue on our property and needed and underground system installed.

Description of Work: Installed extensive drainage system in my backyard which involved piping, gravel and sand placement. Multiple loads of soil removed to allow such placement. Areas regraded, top soiled, and seeded. Very professional and great to deal with. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: The address for the JNR Excavation and Development we used is 14 Patricia Lane, Averill Park, NY. In Sept. 2013, he came to clear a large section of woods and boulders, and do foundations for 2 small buildings. He has a great eye for what needs to be done to get the the best results, and was very impressive with his use of his equipment. We had to have him come back in Jan. 2014 to fix a drainage problem that was threatening one of the buildings. He came willingly and promptly, and did take care of the problem.

Description of Work: approx. 2 acres totally cleared, major recontouring of the property including approx. 250 lf. of road construction, and digging and contouring around a new pond. Joe is very honest, careful and thorough, he did a great job and I highly recommend him..
