Lou Deridder was very professional and prompt in meeting our needs and he is friendly and easy to work with. Ray and Jimmy who did the work were very friendly , hard working and concerned with doing the job right. They were very careful not to damage the flower beds and vegetable garden. The job was done in 2 days and the area was leveled, topsoiled and reseeded by the time they were done. Everything was cleaned up and left as neat as possible. I trusted them, so I didn't get a second estimate, so I don't know how their price compared to others, but I was very satisfied with their work in the end.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Due to vacation schedules, it took a few weeks to arrange the service. But they stayed in constant communication and came promptly at the agreed-on time. Service was expert, professional, fast and at a very fair price. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Purchased a home and was only able to get $10,000 in escrow to put in new leach field for septic system. Had a quote from Morning Star Septic with a recommendation from realtor. Morning Star had a few good reviews on Angie's List and decided to have them perform the work. They came out reasonably quick and looked over the property. They informed me that a survey was most likely required and were right, city required a survey before work could be performed. They worked with the city of Clifton Park and even though my property was a bit of a challenge, not a lot of space to work with and water lines in atypical locations, they were able to get an approved leach field plan. It took a while to get plan and building permit and during that time when I called or emailed for a status update they responded promptly. They were required to move some water lines and kept me informed of status of work while be performed. Morning Star was professional, honest, and did a good job. I highly recommend them.

I think I found them on Angie's List. They were wonderful. It was pretty amazing. The price was absolutely excellent. He was way more cheaper than another company and a lot more reputable. He was more like our neighbor or grandpa or something. He was a very personable man. He told everything upfront. He gave two prices. He said that it could be as much as this or as low as this. I ended up paying the lesser amount. They tried to solve the problem a number of ways. I just thought that the way they went about their work was very good. If I had to have my driveway excavated, it would have cost me thousands more. I would have had to have it all repaved.

The work went very well. Thorough, paid attention to detail, delivered as planned. They cleaned up after themselves and everything was put into place correctly and installed correctly.
