"[Member Name Removed] hired us for his rental property and had no interest investing the money he needed to for a proper job. He only wanted to level off the existing with stone and cover as cheap as possible. We explained that he should remove the existing and do it right but again its low income rental property that he obviously doesn't take of. He left after the first project was completed for a 10 day cruise and expected us to do another job while he was away. After talking to other contractors in the area [Member Name Removed] doesn't pay his bill's so we waited for his return. He was upset that we didn't invest our money into his rental property while he was away on vacation only to hope we'd get paid upon his return and we don't take those chances. The job [Member Name Removed] is saying isn't so hot was done first and he begged us to return and do the other one. So [Member Name Removed] getting upset that we were not going to trust him for 7000 dollars resulted in this review. We also successfully completed many of [Member Name Removed]'s neighbors that jumped on bored when they seen the job that [Member Name Removed] says looks so bad."
