Ken gave us a good start date, and arrived on time within the time frame he gave. He finished with in the tine frame provided and he was easy to work with. The quality of his work is great.

He was competitively priced and did a great job. We hit unexpected issues once the walls and floor were ripped out. Ken did the unexpected extra work at a modest additional fee. I would use Ken again.
