"Minar and his team did a bunch of foundational work on our Brooklyn brownstone, which included new outside stucco back wall, roof, gutter and flashing installation, basement wall filling and sealing, new basement sewage/gas/water pipes, painting and patching of two floors (including around intricate original plaster work, minor electrical installation, front gas light installation and front door stripping/sanding/refinishing. Throughout the entire process, Minar was extremely responsive by call/text and available until late at night if needed.
