"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with."

"I used these guys for a remodeling job which included bathroom renovation, some minor electrical work, knocking down and installing new dry wall and painting. Class acts! "Minar and his team did a bunch of foundational work on our Brooklyn brownstone, which included new outside stucco back wall, roof, gutter and flashing installation, basement wall filling and sealing, new basement sewage/gas/water pipes, painting and patching of two floors (including around intricate original plaster work, minor electrical installation, front gas light installation and front door stripping/sanding/refinishing. Throughout the entire process, Minar was extremely responsive by call/text and available until late at night if needed. His team was timely, responsive, and efficient -- arriving when they said they would, taking good care of their work, and finishing on schedule. They did a great job with everything they did, and we would recommend them to others."

"We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. Even family members are shocked at the transformation. I think that what Inson accomplished was the product of a few significant factors. First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."
