I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. "I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. "Minar and his team did a bunch of foundational work on our Brooklyn brownstone, which included new outside stucco back wall, roof, gutter and flashing installation, basement wall filling and sealing, new basement sewage/gas/water pipes, painting and patching of two floors (including around intricate original plaster work, minor electrical installation, front gas light installation and front door stripping/sanding/refinishing. Throughout the entire process, Minar was extremely responsive by call/text and available until late at night if needed. His team was timely, responsive, and efficient -- arriving when they said they would, taking good care of their work, and finishing on schedule.
