"So, back in June 21st, 2025, I decided to hire Prosolutions Home Innovations to build a deck for me. You know, just wanted to spruce up the place a little. But let me tell you, for a good 3 months, nothing happened. Just a bunch of false promises and delays. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of them, I swear. I tried texting, calling, all that jazz. They were pros at dodging me, tell ya. And get this, within those 3 months, the deck I already had was torn down. Can you believe it? Torn down without a deck to replace it. They kept feeding me lies about when they were gonna actually start building the new one. My family missed out on our whole summer vacation all because of these scammers. So, had to bite the bullet and hire another contractor to finally get our deck done, otherwise, we'd be missing out on enjoying the fall weather too. Lesson learned, right? "I had a terrible experience with Ace Kitchen and Appliances when they renovated my kitchen. The entire process took 2-3 weeks longer than promised, STILL NOT FINISHED! which was frustrating from the start. But the real problems began with their poor craftsmanship. To begin with, the pantry wasn't even properly secured to the wall, and I noticed nails carelessly sticking out of the cabinets. The kitchen sink was shockingly installed backwards. On top of that, many of the cabinets were scratched up, and to make matters worse, they damaged my floors and walls during the installation, leaving scratches on both and peeling paint off the walls. They didn’t bother sealing the cabinets or the sink correctly, leaving gaps and an overall unprofessional finish. The soap dispenser for the kitchen sink wasn’t installed at all, and their carelessness didn’t stop there—they even damaged my front door by forcing cabinets through without properly opening it. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Ace Kitchen and Appliances. Their lack of attention to detail, careless handling of my home, and delays have made this a nightmare renovation. I would not recommend them to anyone."

When I voiced my concern, Paul refused to fix the work, apologize, or reimburse me for the cost of labor to remove it, purchase new tile, and have it installed by a professional. He is blaming me for not purchasing bullnose tile, but the issue is the layout and horrible cuts. Furthermore, due to our own naïveté, we had overpaid Paul for work not yet completed, which he refuses to reimburse us now that we’ve decided to part ways. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves."
