"In 2024I hired pro. Solutions to build a back deck with an extension. I asked them to rebuild my front porch, and I put a fence around my yard. They are a scam artist. They outsourced my work to another company. They barely came to work. They told me I had to wait a year later to stained and sealed. The wood April of 2025I started calling them. I got a hole to Guy he said that he would have someone come out and start the work. No one came here until August of 2025. They sent one guy, 15 gallon bucket of something that wasn't even the color nor was it stain and seal the guy Joey, it took a month. He was here 3 days within that month. And then get half of the fence done, Dennis never answered my calls. I called him over and over again to where they even knew my telephone number and they wouldn't answer the phone so I called for my husband's phone, and then they stopped answering his phone calls. This company is a piece of s***. Do not do not hire them"

On top of that, many of the cabinets were scratched up, and to make matters worse, they damaged my floors and walls during the installation, leaving scratches on both and peeling paint off the walls. They didn’t bother sealing the cabinets or the sink correctly, leaving gaps and an overall unprofessional finish. The soap dispenser for the kitchen sink wasn’t installed at all, and their carelessness didn’t stop there—they even damaged my front door by forcing cabinets through without properly opening it. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Ace Kitchen and Appliances. Their lack of attention to detail, careless handling of my home, and delays have made this a nightmare renovation. I would not recommend them to anyone."
