They were on time and finished before they expected to. During the inspection, when I pointed out bubbles in the foam, they redid that section without question. "I hired them to remove old fiber glass insulation in attic and replace with blown in cellulose insulation along with sealing airflow from the 1st floor. The job was quoted as taking 3 days, it took 5 days and then we had them come back for items that were not up to par. No doubt this is dirty, hot, nasty work and for that I appreciated their efforts. But to honest I felt we had to squeeze them to get the best possible service possible. The workers arrived at 10am earliest and did about 4-5 hrs of work each day. We had lower quotes but went with the because of the 0% loan 6 mos loan and their paperwork showed their insurance. On paper they look professional, but I think their follow through is somewhat lacking."
