"We got a couple of estimates to spray the cellar sills where the house meets the foundation. We chose Foamcoinc because of the knowledge of the person that came and gave us an estimate...I think his name was Dave. He had some good ideas on how to spray and seal under the bay windows, left samples of the foam with us, and some more information. I thought that was great so I could make a more informed decision. Not to mention the 'R' value of the foam he would use was much higher than the other company's and he price matched the other company's price in his estimate! They showed up about a half hour early, which was slightly inconvenient. Thank goodness my husband was home since I just got out of the shower when the doorbell rang. They came in and went right to work. They did everything they said they were going to do and a bit more than expected. The thickness of the spray insulation was thicker than they specified and they were neat and clean! A great experience! Try them out for yourself! I will be calling them for when I am ready to do the attic."

"Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. The price was fair and they never found reasons to raise the price. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. "R-Factor Insulation Company does very good work. They insulated my crawl space and did a wonderful job. The owner Mr. Knapp was very professional and came out and gave a free estimate on the work. The job estimate was right on the price with no cost over runs at the completion of the

"They removed old moldy insulation, sprayed fungicide on the mold and encapsulated a crawl space. Also insulated with foam insulation around the entire basement rim joist, including the crawl space. They were on time and finished before they expected to. During the inspection, when I pointed out bubbles in the foam, they redid that section without question. Zy called after they finished to make sure I was satisfied."
