"Jack, the owner of Family Pest came right on time the day after my call and did a walk around and gave me an estimate. I considered it very fair and the next day his employee, Gary, came out and filled all of the holes on the outside of the house where mice might be able to get in. He also put 2 large traps outside and several areas inside my home. He was also right on time. They were both very pleasant and answered any questions I might have.
