About us
We are a full service home inspection company providing both buyers and sellers a thorough and in-depth visual analysis of the property, both inside and out. We conduct a fair and non-biased investigation disclosing a clear outline of the safety, operation and condition of all components of the inspection. Our Inspection reports are user friendly via computer or mobile, and are packed with pictures to give the client a visual understanding of what is inspected and what defects exist. The reports will outline all "Major Defects" (defects estimated to cost $1500 or more) in the report summary at the top of the report.

Hired Dan to come in and address some issues that I was experiencing with my roof sheathing, ridge vent and pipe boot. He identified the issues and made sound recommendations for resolving the issues. A couple of weeks later, after the contractor completed the work I reached out and asked if it was of good quality and he was quick to respond to my inquiry. It was perfect. Dan did a great job. He was patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the situation and gave us the solutions. He clearly laid out the scope of work for mold remediation team and followed up on their work. We hired him from California and despite the time difference, it was super easy to reach him. Due to the nature and extent of work in our home, he had to pay multiple visits to our property and but never once we felt rushed or uncomfortable. I genuinely thanked him for taking his time to ensure our safety. I definitely recommend his service.

Very nice person and checked the property very carefully and pointed all the problems big and small. He has multiple certificates, itâ s all in one package. Only surprise is I have to pay $400 extra for mold check and samples, itâ s more than the inspection fee, but it could save me thousands dollars.
