"Matt and his team were excellent. We had a big job for them to do which included the entire exterior to our two-story 90+ year-old home. The house definitely needed an overall refresher. It hadn't been painted in many years. The job was done on schedule and as estimated. Matt was easy to communicate with, and we felt he and his team wanted to do the best job possible. They were always professional and over the course of the job (which included full washing, scraping, and painting) we always were happy to have them on our property, which they kept in good order."

My deck was in bad disrepair and the stairs were breaking and paint was all chipping until Manny and his team of professional construction crews fixed everything. They prepped power washed, sanded old paint and stained and resealed my deck and stairs… they look brand new! They took extra care to clean up after they were done. So for only $30 extra they took a sample to the store, matched the paint, bought some paint, and re-did the painting! They are very fair and honest and did a great job for us. "Richard called to show interest in the job to paint my two iron railings on my brick staircase leading to my front porch. We discussed the job what it entailed. He described in detail what he would do to complete the job. He would sand the old paint off, remove all loose paint chips until the railings were smooth to accept the new coats of paint. He recommended Direct to Metal (DTM) paint advising it was much better than rust oleum paint. I did my research and read the same thing so we went with the DTM paint and I’m glad we did. Richard put three coats of paint, was meticulous in his process, very neat and carefully planned. He was extremely professional, polite and friendly to deal with. The job exceeded my expectations. I will use Richard and Best for Less the next time a pint project comes up."
