Ahmad was extremely responsive to helping us patch a stucco hole repair after getting our AC pipe leakage repaired. We didn't know there was an issue with our AC pipes until 6 months later when the weather got warmer. Thankfully, Ahmad still came to the rescue 6 months later to help us with the stucco patch repair. It was very timely due to the rainy weather & upcoming hot BBQ season. Would highly recommend Smart General to everyone as they are extremely honest, reliable, & responsible! A+

Amazing work. Great pricing

Smart General fully renovated our entire exteriors (brickface, stucco, roofs, gutters, leaders, brick + granite stairs, demo, etc) and did an amazing job. The quote estimate was reasonable and work started within a week. So glad I chose them as the work was extremely of high-quality and took 3 months. Throughout the entire process, Ahmad was extremely attentive and responsive to all our concerns & needs. They cleaned up afterwards on a daily basis after the job which was a nice plus. I chose them not just because of the reasonable quote but mainly because of their excellent reviews and now I ended up giving an excellent review based on my own experience as well. So far we have been getting many high praises from neighbors & passerby in the area with one even mentioning that it was "beautiful & best in the block." I would highly recommend Smart General to all my friends, coworkers, & family and anyone reading this review!

Responsive, reliable, flexible

I had a very good communication with the owner (Ahmad). He answered my calls and replied to my text without delays. His staff is knowledgeable and caring, which was important for me when I asked questions about things I did not know or understood. The people arrived at the house within 30 minutes of promising time.

We hired Smart General Contracting Corp. for construction work of brick wall repairs recently. The worksite was at 17th Street windsor Terrace Brooklyn, NY. Their work was reliable, safe, according to contract terms, friendly and professional. We were pleased that the job had been done successfully.

I needed my driveway and front steps redone few months ago. The driveway was in bad shape when I bought the house. The front steps were also worn out. I did not know which contractor to use, since I have not done a lot of work on my house since buying it. I contacted Ahmad and he was very responsive in coming over the next day and inspecting the driveway and front steps; he gave me a quote that same evening. The quote was fair; but slightly above my budget. Ahmad helped me through few options and eventually gave me additional discount and agreed to start the work the following week. Ahmad started the construction project on schedule. After couple of days of work, i started seeing significant progress. My concern was that the workers would take much longer than originally quoted: I needed the project done right; but done fast. My experience was so positive that I decided to add few more items to the construction list: Ahmad ended up doing my garage roof as well as paint the outside walls of the property. Money well spent. The driveway, steps, garage look amazing. While I was not expecting it, working with Ahmadâ s crew was great/ no issues; delays and cost overruns. I strongly recommend working with Ahmad and his company. He is honest and straightforward, and hires good people with solid experience. -

Smart Construction has turned out to be an exceptional company that can resolve all exterior and interior work. Ahmad is a responsive contractor that takes pride in his work. His prices are reasonable, and he provided solid quality work. I had to do major renovations after Hurricane Ida. Thank goodness I found Smart Construction. I will use them for all future repairs and work to my home. I highly recommend them.

Great contractor. Performed work, about 2000SF sidewalk and 100 LF of curbs, on time as scheduled, Quality of the work is top notch. Well equipped, friendly and efficient work workforce. Crew is very safety conscious. When done, left the job in a very clean condition. I highly recommend this company and Iâ ll be using them again myself.
