"I feel like finding Sky Tech was the best thing we could have done for our home since we bought it. We purchased our first home at the end of July 2018 and found we had to replace our roof a lot sooner than expected. Also, our deck wasn't properly attached to the house and had a bit of a lean. We chose Sky Tech because Dave was so detailed and thorough when we first met. He spent time answering all of our questions, telling us what was really urgent to fix and what could maybe wait a bit. Dave and his team worked so quickly when the roof was replaced that they removed 2 layers of old shingles, replaced a ton of plywood underneath and our 2 skylights all in 1 day. We had a water tight roof by the time they were done which we greatly appreciate given how it seems to rain heavily every 2 days up here. Dave then replaced all our gutters and leaders and added gutter covers a little later on some of the hottest days of the year. There were numerous times where we had to leave for appointments, work etc and everything was fine. Dave and his team took amazing care of us. If you compare the roof of our house when we bought it to what it looks like now, it's a remarkable improvement. The deck repairs went fast and were thorough. It needed a lot of additional support underneath it. He properly attached it to the house and reinforced it so now our deck (where our hot tub is located!) is now safe to use. We're so grateful to Dave, Jenna and everyone at Sky Tech. As soon as we save up the funds, we're going to hire them to redo the siding on the house. Thank you for everything!!!!"
