"He did not install the windows that were agreed upon. They make the room look like a funeral parlor from the outside. All you could see form the sidelights is black. He also held on to my antique door knocker and told me that "they" forgot about me. I have told him that I did not like the windows and he said nothing about it. He also said they would be like pinstripes, and they are not. They are black as coal. From the inside, there is an unbelievable glare and whenever cars pass, there is a terrible halo that shines through. When my husband got on a ladder to install curtains, he noticed there is a spot where the molding is different from the other side and it is split with a nail in it holding it together at the top. When I told him I was upset about all of this, he said absolutely nothing."
