Upon his arrival, Jorge was able to diagnose the issue with my clogged kitchen sink drain quickly and was able to snake the line and clear the clog very efficiently. He made sure he tested everything before saying everything was good to go. His rate for his services was incredibly reasonable, especially compared to others in the area. "Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. "Joe from Drain Logics was very knowledgeable and professional. He did excellent repair work on a toilet flange that had been penetrated by tree roots. He had to break up the concrete, cut out the old flange and replace. He patched the concrete and put the bathroom back to where it was. He took the time to explain the issues and showed me the actual root before he pulled it out as much as he could. A wonderful, knowledgeable, hardworking and p lo peasant young man. He is now our plumbing go-to guy going forward. Highly recommended!"

Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage.
