All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. "Joe from Drain Logics was very knowledgeable and professional. He did excellent repair work on a toilet flange that had been penetrated by tree roots. He had to break up the concrete, cut out the old flange and replace. He patched the concrete and put the bathroom back to where it was. He took the time to explain the issues and showed me the actual root before he pulled it out as much as he could. A wonderful, knowledgeable, hardworking and p lo peasant young man.
