"The gentleman arrived promptly after contacting him about a leak we discovered on the upper floors of my home. He gave me a free estimate for the damage repair, and for a total roof replacement(that I asked for-he was not pushy). After a few other estimates, my wife and I decided to hire Done Right for the repair, and we were not disappointed. . He arrived the day of the repair on time with his coworker. He left shortly after and soon returned. When I asked him why, he sited he wasnâ t satisfied with the color matchup for the shingles that he chose for my home, and left to get completely different shingles. There was no additional charge. The work was quick, clean, and immediately tested. That night we had a rather terrible rainstorm come through, and the area that sustained previous water damage remained dry. The gentleman used a drone during and after the repair, to show me various stages, up until completion. Overall experience was 4 1/2 out of 5. The only reason there wasnâ t a perfect score was for pricing, but good work isnâ t cheap, and cheap work isnâ t normally good. . I would hire Done Right roofing and repair again."

Meticulous and professional. Came in at budget, and in spite of some problems he had no control over (delivery delays), he finished the job on time. They sent a very hard working crew that even helped us when a tire went flat on one of the cars. His staff is very friendly  and they take the time to make sure the job is done right. "The 35-yr old roof of our co-op tenement building was failing after years of patches and temporary fixes. Several contractors  proposed installing a modern thermoplastic commercial roof sealing layer over the old roof.   We also had a few other jobs that needed doing on the roof. Vandelay's proposal and pricing were competitive yet realistic.  *Everything* for the job had to be approved by the co-op Board; Bob was extremely patient and diligent about answering all questions, explaining and personally demonstrating to Board members what work would be done.  When worked was finally Board-approved,it proceeded quickly and finished within the promised time frame. Our roof is now leakproofed withe a 30-year guarantee, we have a nice new skylight, and our rain drain is working again.  .
