"They did a great job. They worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The roof and gutters look very nice, and the skylight adds a great deal of light to the living room area. The only issue I had was that one of the crew must have dropped something (tape measure, hammer, etc) which left a dent in my hardwood floor. I showed this to Dave when he returned to do some final finishes to the skylight well. Without hesitation he said I should contact the people that installed my HW floor to see if they can take care of the repair. He said he would also reach out to a floor company he knew. I was very pleased with the way that he owned the problem and didn't try to make excuses or deflect the blame. Ultimately, my HW floor guy came to conduct the repair. Once I sent Dave the bill, he promptly issued a check to cover the cost. I was not thrilled about the damage to my floor, but I understand that these things happen; and I think Dave showed his true professionalism in the way he handled. it.
