This was a major job by a major league roofing company. I can't express my appreciation enough for these professionals. Highly recommend you speak with these folks first when considering your roofing needs.

The work was amazing. Serrano's staff were on-time, completed the work quickly without being rushed or carelessly. We had our roof taken off (including the existing plywood) and replaced within a day and a half. They even took pictures of the roof from a drone to show us after. They were IMMACULATE as well - cleaning up even the smallest fragments of material from the job. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They got here when they said they would and did the job in one day. They also sent a supervisor back the next day to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Ovid and crew were exceptional. Everything that was listed in contract was completed with exceptional quality. My property was left clean and orderly each day. There was attention to detail that average contractor would ignore. We had bids from several companies, only Serrano II requested to inspect attic to see why roof felt spongy (prior roof install had not properly secured plywood to rafters). Shingle warranty of 50 years would be worthless if under-surface failed sooner. Only issue was never received phone call from secretary to confirm start date/time (had confirmed by email two weeks prior) but would have appreciated a call with start time and that no delays had occurred with other jobs.

He gave me an estimate and a start date. The price was fair. They showed up on time and the work was done by the same afternoon. They were very professional and friendly.

Excellent. I had requested information on the web and received a call the next day. They showed up on the agreed time and date and inspected the skylight and took pictures with a regular digital camera, When he came in my house to discuss he showed me my skylight with the pictures he downed to his tablet. He explained that he couldn't repair the skylight and confirmed that it need to be replaced. He also provided a quote right there and emailed me a copy. Once I accept the quote he would order and schedule the time. They showed up on the agreed time and date and did an excellent job. They offered to cover any furniture under the skylight and explained that they were able to re reuse the shingles and removed the charge for new shingles since they were not needed. They were prompted, professional and returned phones calls. I would highly recommend them

Very smooth, no hassles and even more important they stand behind their work. What makes them stand out in my mind was once the project was complete and there was a problem down the road they came out and fixed it without any excuses etc. ( the problem was minor, a few pieces of trim around a window bowed). Management and the office staff are first class, easy to communicate with and very helpful.
They also replaced my roof a few years earlier with the same professional service/attitude which is why I had them do my siding.
Bottom line, very satisfied and will use them for any future needs for the services they offer.

After scheduling a start date, they showed up on time, worked full days and finished the job.  Overly satisfied with the workers knowledge of their trade, attention to detail and desire to do a quality job.  They had all of the materials and skill to create an excellent attractive roof.

Outstanding. Ovid Figueroa came on a Sunday to discuss the work. This was convenient because both customers work full time and have a difficult time getting time off during the work week. Also, the work involved a change from rubberized roofing on part of the roof to all shingles. This saved us $ 2,000. In addition, because of this change, I wanted to select a different color for the shingles, and Serrano was able to make this change quickly. There was some damaged old plywood on the roof, found near the skylight and elsewhere. Serrano II charged extra for this unanticipated work, but the charge for materials and labor was reasonable, $ 585. Serrano II cleaned the scraps up, so the grounds looked neat.

Ovid and Erika of Serrano II were responsive from the initial contact through the pricing and execution of the work. The firm worked well with both my resident tenant (on inspection and identification of needed work) and myself (via phone and emails to finalize the scope of work and additional work I had added). Originally I had only roof repairs and full siding priced. Ovid worked with us to then price a full roof replacement (which I also then priced with other contractors and found Serrano II's price to be competitive). I later, before the roof work started, asked Serrano II to price some siding repairs to be completed at the same time as the roof. 
Serrano II scheduled the work to be convenient for my tenants, even with the extended winter. My tenants were pleased with the punctuality and personality of the crew, and commented on how the work site was left extremely neat each night. There was minimal extra work on the roof, which was performed and billed according to the provided unit rates (2 sheets of roof plywood - some was anticipated to be replaced due to known leaks - amount was not predicable until roof was removed).
Erika was pleasant to deal with and provided invoices via email to make payment of the work easier for me.
I did visit the Serrano II offices in Middletown and found it fully staffed and organized. 
Serrano II is an established firm, easy to work with and I recommend them highly.

The work was delivered on time and on budget.

They were very professional, prompt and efficient.  4 guys completed the work in 45 minutes.  Aside from billing snafu I am happy with the service provided.

It went well, Ovid the owner mapped it all out to get the best possible distribution of light. Crew were hardworking, efficient and cleaned up the debris from cuts in ceiling.    Sun tunnels  were installed in kitchen, hallway and living room.  We are facing away from the south side, but we are getting a huge amount of light as compared to before installation.  We wanted someone who knew the best possible configurations and we believe Ovid and Serrano Builders were the best choice.

Excellent. Ed from Serrano II was very thorough. He checked the entire roof. He was very courteous and professional and on time. I have quite a large roof with dormers etc., and he checked everything.  I has also called Serrano II last winter with all the snow and ice on the roof and they responded the same day to clear it off.  I have spoken with Erika at the office and Ovid and they have always been very helpful.
The most amazing thing is that they found no issues with my roof and said everything was fine.  Imagine that. Truly wonderful when you can trust a contractor to not try and sell you a job you do not need. I will use them for all my future needs that Serrano II takes care of.
