"10 minutes after I entered the need for emergency services for a clogged drain Jorge contacted me. 20 minutes later he was at my home. We showed him the clogged toilet, shower and garage, he removed the toilet (which cost extra) unfortunately, due to the amount of pressure shitty water was everywhere. He snaked the toilet and was able to reach the problem, someone put baby wipes and paper towels in the toilet. He helped clean up. Fortunately, my husband had a wet vac. Problem solved, bleach and water will take care of the rest. Thank you Jorge."

He had to break up the concrete, cut out the old flange and replace. He patched the concrete and put the bathroom back to where it was. He took the time to explain the issues and showed me the actual root before he pulled it out as much as he could. A wonderful, knowledgeable, hardworking and p lo peasant young man. "I had them come out and review an issue and they gave me an estimate. They were very good and very nice. The issue that was happening in the house really didn't pertain to the estimate that I got. they came in and reviews what was going on in the house. They gave me an estimate on installing a filter, which we do need and air softener and replacing the toilet. There are things in the house that need to be done but it didn't pertain to issue I was having. The stuff that they recommended was probably helping the issue I was having but not necessarily get rid of the issue I was having. We had a hammering gone wrong everytime you flush the toilet. So I called them for that cause everytime I turn on the washer or flush the toilet, there was a hammering sound so they came in and investigated, number one we have an old toilet and it's downstairs and they saw we had an issue with the filter which is a big issue. We don't have a filter. So they recommended replacing those things. it turns out that the hammering that was happening actually had to do with an open faucet outside. So once we closed that up, that went away. The other issues are real and need to be taken care of. So they did bring up good, important facts. They were very professional. They were very nice. The issue that I had wasn't figured out by them. We actually figured it out on our own."
