January 5th job was started Friday the 7th no go because of weather Saturday the8th crew was here working and returned on 10th and job was wrapped up by 3PM. We did a walk around with Site Manager and were satisfied with the completion of the job.We feel that the installation crew did an outstanding job and we loved the results."

"We started with half roof. I wanted to see what I am getting. When the job was done I looked at the new half roof and immediately signed the contract for the second half. They were very professional and did a excellent job with my roof installation. Their techs were well prepared and were very knowledgeable with the installation. "Chriss Construction replaced our roof after having extensive wind damage. Christian worked with our insurance company adjuster. I was very impressed with him as a manger and a coordinator of this project. Also, his administrative support team, Jessica and Jeff, were magnificent. They were able to get it done within a couple of weeks of filing our claim. I had concerns about the weather and daylight savings time, but Christian assured me of the timeline and weather restrictions. His team of roofers were amazing, they worked their butts off and basically did it in one day. The day they did it was cold, too. They returned the next day to check the roof and the property for debris since they finished as it was getting dark. I was impressed with the final ?Roof Work Report? of the whole project with detailed photos from start to finish. This report is a professional tool to have in your homeowner documents file. I had already used Tigasi Home Improvement for a smaller Rockwool basement ceiling job and they were very reasonable in price, thorough and clean so I turned to them for this project. Again they gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote for removing old insulation, sealing gaps and then insulation, and Fausto explained the process well. He was very patient and understanding with my tenants' concerns, as access was via a drop down ladder in one unit's hallway. I also wanted an extended platform for storage in the attic and they were able to sort this out for a reasonable price.The team kept the job site extremely tidy and they were pleasant throughout.
