I had flies in the attic. My technician Eddie identified them as cluster flies. He explained to me in detail what they were and how to take care of the problem. He put me at ease because I was worried. He was courteous and quite thorough. I was very pleased and will ask for him every time!

We’ve had an ongoing mouse problem that hasn’t fully resolved no matter what we do. I joined one of their plans to have quarterly home visits since we also get bees in the summer. Western pest has helped to identity weak points in the home where they are possibly getting in. The employees are professional, kind, and making appointments has been simple. They’ve come the same day or next day to assess the problem.

Arrived during timeframe quoted. Identified the hornets nest underneath the soffit. He garbed up in protected gear, removed & sprayed nest. He also sprayed some runaways & where the nest was attached. They have a 30 day guarantee should the bald-faced hornets rebuild their nest.
