"The owner is a nice person, but he is all over the place. 1. when he 1st began he and his son and #1 worker mowed my lawn regularly and did a good job. Then after 3 or 4 mos he began sending crews that did not know our property. They gouged our white PVC fence posts, neglected trimming the front flag stone walk, and does not blow clippings off the shed & rear patio. Spoke to John half dozen times over 2 yrs saying I want him & his son back to do my property not strangers. He said yes but still did not come. The few times he showed up instead of mowing our lawn he mowed the neighbor's lawn & we got the strangers. He agreed to trim front walk but his crew of strangers forgot most of the time. During the 2nd year using him he did not come every 7 or 8 days. Instead his crews wd show up every 9 or 11 or 14 or even one time 18 days. In between cuts our lawn looked like garbage while the rest of the block was nice & trimmed by other landscapers of course. My neighbor's lawn was also neglected by Cypress and he was livid. Spoke to John again about the crew, the front walk and the schedule. He said ok. Then went back to the same haphazard service. So after 2 yrs of unacceptable service we changed lawn svc cos. The new guy is prompt and does a great job....so far LOL What irked us were as follows: 1. he sent strangers when we requested his A team. The few times when he did show up he mowed the neighbor's lawn; not ours Grrrr 2. he neglected the front walk much of the time 3. his schedule was all over the place 4. Now that he lost my account he comes every 7 days for the neighbor Grrrr Had he been punctual he wd still have this account. Our neighbor is looking to replace him too."

Our experience with the bocce court installation was as wonderful as the putting green. Steven was onsite throughout the installation, took and sent me pictures of the various phases of completion, and stayed in contact to keep me informed of the project's progress. The courts look fabulous and have already been used by the community's residents. I would recommend SL Synthetic Lawn Turf without hesitation.
