I had a very bad experience. First of all I was not explained by Mr.Mark before signing the contract that he takes only cash. Therefore, I had to keep going to bank to withdraw money and it is very expensive. I made a mistake of not getting quotes from different companies. After completing the work, his workers did not complete the work in a standard manner and after few days when it started raining my land and the concrete started opening up causing big holes and the rain water seeping into the ground. The gutter pipe is detached and the water is flowing outside. It is over three months and I keep calling Mr.Mark to fix the problem and he keeps responding that he is very busy. Therefore, do not expect him to come back to fix the issues after the job is done. I would never recommend him. I would have given 0 but has no option other than choosing 1. Very bad customer service.

Not satisfactory. In order to place the delta MS membrane sheets. The land near the foundation was dug including the concrete. But after the completion of work, the land was not filled properly including the concrete that is replaced is not up to the standard. The gutter pipe that is being attached from underneath is being detached. After few days there formed a big hole on the ground and near the concrete and the rain water is flowing underneath through the hole and water leaking outside through the gutter pipe. When called Mr. Mark May 7th and informed he requested for the pictures which was sent . He stated he is busy and would send someone in 2 weeks. Waited and waited and kept giving me excuses and keep telling he will be there in 2 weeks. It is 3 months now. I called him again on July 22nd and he requested for the pictures again which I had to send it to him again. My last call was on July 25th and he stated again that he would come in 2 weeks but until now he has not responded.

Highly recommended! Very quick response, quote and job scheduling. Had a couple cracks repaired in our foundation and mark always showed up on time, was very friendly, did a great job and left the site clean.

Hired them to fix basement flooding. They stated is it a foundation issue. Paid $4,800 and my basement is still flooding. Mark is ignoring my calls and they do not want to find a resolution. A mediator has been involved to try to have them come in for a solution and they have not been responding or even trying to come back to fix. They have been brushing us off since March 2024. Contract stated 25 year warranty. Very unprofessional! This is the worst service ever! Do not hire them, they are scammers!

Our century home was a challenging job. Our experience with marstons construction was an excellent one beginning with sean providing us personalized service and a very fair price. The crew was professional and hard working. They worked diligently to get the job done as quickly as possible .and as cost efficient as possible that allowed the crew to continue working and complete the project in less than a week.
