He had some new flooring that ran perpendicular to my existing floor that he put down, sanded the entire floor (344 square feet) and had everything stained before he left on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning he put down the coats of finish and was done by early afternoon. My wife and I were so pleased with the speed, quality and professionalism of all involved."
