John and his crew were easy to work with. He stuck to his quote, worked with us on payment, and worked with the vendors when there were any issues with material or timing. John always kept us in the loop in regards to when different stages of the project would be completed. He even worked with our neighbors since the deck and fence are up to the property line. I've already recommended John and Timeless Decks to a few friends and I definitely recommend him here!

This was a great experience. John came out and gave us a quote and was ready to start right away. The only holdup was lack of availability of materials but he did his best to get them for us as soon as possible. He was punctual, quick, clean and did a fantastic job! Would definitely use him again.

Initially, we hired John to shorten our deck and build a new roof. After discussing several different ideas with him, listening to his suggestions and seeing pictures of his work, it made a lot of sense to expand the project by upgrading our deck with Trex and Trex railings. Even though this additional work extended the length of the project, it was well worth it. John is very experienced, takes great pride in his work and pays close attention to detail, which are all reflected in the end result. His crew was polite, very hard working and punctual. Excellent work at a fair, competitive price. Overall, we are very pleased with our deck. We continue to hear compliments from all that see it and highly recommend Timeless Decks.

I had a deck built from my existing deck to my above ground pool. John and his staff did a great job. John came by and gave us a reasonable estimate and some ideas of how it would be best to build the deck. The project took two days to complete. On time and very efficient. The deck came out great. Definitely call John. You will be very happy with the outcome.

John made multiple suggestions for the deck that we had not thought of. He offered weatherproofing and deck looks amazing.

Had already gotten a quote and wanted to compare. Called Timeless and made an appointment with John. He showed up on time. Instead of just replacing what we had he made some suggestions to alter the look. We liked what John had proposed and after receiving his quote we decided to use Timeless. So happy we did. John and his crew showed when scheduled and completed the job on time. While the construction was going on I was able to observe the work in progress. His crew was friendly and professional. Upon completion they they did a thorough clean up. We already received several compliments from our neighbors. Needless to say we are very happy that we decided to use Timeless and highly recommend them.

I love my new deck! John and his team were great. At a time when extended family returned hime due to the pandemic this project of a badly needed new deck came at just the right time. Timeless decks built a deck., stairs and fencing and a small side deck with steps. They did everything to make sure the job was done right and the customer was delighted with the result. Well I must say at first me and John @ Timeless Decks & Renovation didn't hit it off but after speaking with his daughter she made PEACE amongst us, LOL..so I must say Thank you to his daughter?if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have never gotten the opportunity to see the work that John and his workers @ Timeless Decks & Renovation perform. The work performed by Timeless Decks &Renovations was excellent. The job itself was multifaceted in that it included designing and building an elevated 500+ sq ft Trex deck with multiple built in benches including a storage bench and a sophisticated railing and lighting system. Not only did they do great job but John was able to make suggestions throughout to improve on our thoughts. Additionally they designed and installed a herringbone pattern paver patio incorporating two borders. They also replaced a sliding French door and associated siding. They were here everyday on time, were self sufficient which was important because of Covid and put away the tools and materials before they left each day. I tend to be very tough as I expect perfection and they came about as close to that as anyone can. Any questions were dealt with immediately. I really have no complaints and my suggestion would be to book them as soon as possible.

John and his staff are the ultimate professionals! I previously had a sun-room built on top of a deck. The sun-room was falling apart and frankly was a safety hazard. John came in and demolished the sun-room as per my request. He then tore up the old splintering deck and replaced it with a beautiful new one. As I have a dog, I needed fencing all around. The fencing was beautiful and I'm sure added tremendous value to my house. He did all of this in three days and cleaned up and carted away everything. John is personable, friendly and meticulous about his work. I never felt I was getting ripped off or deceived. You will not be disappointed in his workmanship. Thank you John!

It all started with a cedar wood deck that was rotting in several places. Because of his excellent reputation, I asked John Mignone of Timeless decks to come by and quote what it would take to repair the deck. After looking at the deck, John was able to show me that there were many more problem areas on the deck that needed urgent attention. I decided that it was time to replace the deck with one made from the new engineered materials. We liked the design of the old deck and asked John to quote the replacement. John came back with what was a very fair quote for ripping out the old deck and installing the new deck. We did request one significant change from the old deck and that was a cable railing system by a company called Feeney from California. Even though he had not worked with this railing company before, John was able to handle the logistics of defining the material requirements, getting the product in and installing it, at a reasonable additional cost. I asked John if he could also replace the rotting cedar wood fence around the pool pump and filter area. He quoted us a low maintenance fence that blended in very well with the pavers that we have around the pool. The fence was installed without any hitch at a fair price. My brick walkway to the house was also a problem because some bricks had shifted and they could possibly cause a person to trip and fall, a liability issue. I asked John if he knew anybody who could replace the walkway. It turns out that he had learned masonry skills from a master, his father. So, considering how well the other parts of our project had gone, I decided to go ahead with John’s proposal to replace the brick walkway and front stoop with new pavers. We agreed on a price and the new walkway was installed after we selected the pavers that we liked and the pattern that we wanted. The walkway is wide and level now and it looks 100% better than what we had there before. Overall, John was very easy to work with and the new deck and railing look beautiful. The pool area fence is no longer an eyesore, and the walkway actually has some real curb appeal. The first impression of friends that have come by has been “Wow, your new deck and walkway look great.” Needless to say, we are very pleased with the way the projects were done and we would recommend Timeless Decks to anyone.

We had our entire deck installed from scratch which was not an easy task. However, John and his team came to the rescue and blew us away with the workmanship. From start to finish everything ran like clockwork, always on time up to the last day of completion. John guided us throughout the process and helped us make design better than what we had planned. John (Timeless Decks) and his crew did a fantastic job. They replaced the siding on our entire house, replaced the roof (asphalt architectural shingles), built a new gabled portico over the front door supported by two posts (poured footings for the posts), and made a front porch and walkway of grey pavers. For us, this was a lot of work on our house, but everything went off without a hitch. John is very communicative, and very experienced. He is very easy to talk to. If any issues come up, he presents the options to you so you can feel comfortable making a decision. John and his crew worked speedily and got everything done on time and on budget. Everyone is complimenting us on our "new home"! It looks fantastic. If you are having work done on your home, invite John to give you a quote. We did, and we could not be happier.

It went beautifully! John ((the owner) was a real doll. He was courteous and polite. He did what he said he was going to do and in a timely fashion. The price was good as well. I feel like I was treated like a part of his family, not just some customer. The workers was excellent. They did not leave a scrap of dirt behind.

I am extremely pleased by the craftsmanship and couldn't be happier about how the deck came out. The job was performed on time and John was super helpful when it came to the design and picking out the materials. It was not an easy deck to build as it had various angles to tie into our existing patio. I was very pleased as well that when the job was done the backyard was cleaner than when he started. Just an absolute pleasure to work with and my family and I couldn't be happier. Money well spent. As you can see the pictures speak for themselves.

John and his team did an excellent job building our new Trex deck. The price was fair and the work was top notch. John walked us through the process so we knew what to expect during each step. The deck is over 500 square feet and looks great! The job was completed on time and I would definitely use them again.

John did phenomenal work on my job, and went the extra mile to make sure the quality was top-notch. I have a few friends who are professional carpenters, and they were very impressed with the job he did; he never cut corners and made sure the deck was solid, well-supported, and safe. We are thrilled with how the deck came out and would most definitely use Timeless again for future work.

Wonderful. John and his crew were on time everyday. They performed quality work and John was there too supervise and add his long time expertise. John also added some suggestions, A beautiful border was added to our 18' x 20' deck. He also suggested the drink rail. All posts were inserted through the decking materials, including a wide staircase. Dumpster was hired and carefully placed in our driveway on planks of wood to assure no damage was caused. We were charged a fair price and are now enjoying our beautiful new deck. Without a doubt we would hire them again.
