We also are qualified to be a Certified Master Inspector and a Certified Professional Inspector with InterNachi. I am a Licensed NYS Home Inspector #16000006370. I have worked and still do work on every Aspect of the Building Envelope. I am very familiar with the NYS and International Building Codes. I also keep up my continuing education, not just to fulfill requirement but look for the newest products out there to understand more of the Building Structure. We also have not raised our Price for a Home Inspection for 20 years and this is to help out the client due to the cost of buying a new home or investing. We also understand the Property Investment program too.
