    Eric is really great: friendly, fast, professional, and trustworthy. He always comes when he says he will and is easy to get a hold of. I don't worry about asking him to fix things around the house, even when I'm not home. His hourly rate is very reasonable; my only suggestion would be that if you have small jobs that need to be done that you combine them to be done during one visit as he has a minimum half-day fee. I would definitely recommend him and plan on using him for my big and small home projects from now on

The crew leader, Lester was easy to deal with . His crew worked hard and fast . For some tricky trim work Lester proved he is a craftsmen with Tin Snip. They cleaned up meticulously at the end of the day. They like to do metal roofs in cold weather. These guys are hardy! Tammy the office manager is always jolly and helpful. They are going to do a second roof for me. Kanga Lakside may not the cheapest, but I got great value.     Guys arrived late and were missing a few tools that would have made the job more time efficient. They were polite and hard workers, but business ethic needs improvement ( 2 no shows with no updates, late arrival, no written contract or proof of insurance- other than verbal). Their price was very reasonable. I think they are new, but have potential. If we hire again, I will make sure I have the papers first and make sure they hold their end up with timely arrival times

    Outdoor advantage did a superb job. They removed a large (20x12) fish pond that had been in place for over 30 years. They had to haul away about 6 tons of field stone then create a flat and level surface for the pool. They then seeded and put straw down on the bare area. They showed up on time and finished at the end of the day. Outdoor advantage is my go to company for any landscaping project. I've used them many times and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future

    Our home addition was the worst experience ever. They were to do a twelve week addition and never were on schedule. They didn't get a permit and were shut down by code enforcement. They measured our house wrong by 4 ft. The cut pre-made trusses that have had to be reinforced by another contractor. They left the job and refused to return any communication. Workers don't clean up and only work 4 days a week. They left the job and never sided my house. Wouldnt recommend them for any work, can easily find better construction crews
