I got details and information not a canned sales pitch, informatin which lowered my insurance costs and improved my coverage.  This was unlike any convrsation I've ever had with an insurance person - Not only that the agent met with me in the evening and at the location that was convenient for me.  This was way above and beyond the call of duty.  I got suggestions as to how to take steps to reduce my premiums and to get more value out of my coverage.  The agent took his time to explain every detail and answer all my questions.  I had no sense of being rushed and yet I got each question answered fully.  It was like having an advisor on insurance rather than an insurance salesman and that makes all the difference. I have the sense that if I had an accident or claim that my issues would be addressed with personal attention.  I heartily recommend this agency.
