"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. "Great! Jason Luft at Techease Consulting has been my personal home computer tech guy for over 7 years. I cannot remember when nor how my reliance on Jason of Techease Consulting began. It may very have been ten years ago and this is 2020 or longer. I was in a different Brooklyn neighborhood when it began. "Hired Mr Tech for a large commercial project which entailed running and setting up 80 computers, running network cabling for them to a server room. Setting up and connecting servers, patch panels and switches, 80 VoIP office phones, access points, ceiling speakers and 36 ip cameras across a 10,000 feet location. The work was completed over a month ago but I wanted to wait a while to make sure there were no issues. Everything has been working flawlessly.
