Their attention to the details , great work quality , efficiency , exceptional staff and excellent customer care truly set them apart from all the other construction firms i have worked with prior. Kinetic Construction has met and exceeded all my expectations and renovated a beautiful home . Newly updated layouts for the new kitchen , 3 new bathrooms , and a finish basement that maximized profitability and beauty that made me almost move into the home for myself . With joy i can say kinetic Construction inc and i will be working together again this fall as i am in the process of purchasing another fixer upper home to renovate.

We hired Kinetic Construction through a strong recommendation from a close friend of mine , for our gut condo rehab in Manhattan . It was the best decision me and my family made as we are very happy with the results . We were guided and helped throughout this rehab from their in house Architect , designers , project managers , service team and them building a budget for the entire job that fit our finances . Kinetic are also kitchen and bath suppliers as they provided us with discounted luxury finishes materials ( cabinets , tiles, countertop,fixtures ) Kinetic is a one stop shop experience that made this process a smooth and great experience . The workmanship, customer service and professionalism was excellent and we would recommend this firm to everyone who is looking to do a rehab .

"In response, despite changes,non-payments by you , we worked through March 28 2024. Delays were due to NYC Department of Buildings mandates for code upgrades,violations removal and vacate to order.We complied with DOB's regulations as we are licensed and governed by them.On March 20 2024, a progress inspection by your mortgage company confirmed 85% completion of total job with the corresponding payment given to you .However, as of 6/28/24, we have not received payment.Kinetic Construction completed repairs worth $218,507.086 on the original contract, of which only $159,799.34 was received.Balance is also due for mandated nyc work not scoped."

Kinetic was wonderful in the renewal of my kitchen. It is so beautiful and everyone that sees it is very impressed. I was dreading the process, but all the work was organized and clean. They communicate with you daily, so you are always kept in the loop of the next day's work. Their suggestions were great too, that added to my vision of my new kitchen. They helped us to select the best bathroom fixtures and accessories for the best prices and keep our budget exactly on target. The employees are courteous and very respectful professionals. We contracted Kinetic Construction to do a complete home remodel and we couldn't have been happier with the results! Scope of work included new bathrooms, kitchen, interior and exterior flooring, drywall modifications, relocation of utilities, electrical, etc. They were very pleasant, very responsive, great attention to detail, no surprises, and no issues meeting the schedule (which was key for us). Their design recommendations for the kitchen and bathroom layout were excellent. They brought great design ideas to the table which made the decision-making process very quick. They maintained constant communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for any project.
