Do you know a company that fails to return messages to their insurance company and the attorney general’s office? Do you know a company that abuses its authority, being criminal-minded by overcharging for services not rendered? Do you know a company that steals your degree and damages your furniture? Do you know a company whose management and their employees work together to scam their customers? I will say this, “If you want your furniture to be moved from point A to B, damaged, you the customer, to be overcharged, and your personal items to be stolen, then this is the moving company for you.” In a nutshell, everything I described happened to me by this company TikTok Moving Inc. managed by Ricki Sharma. Ricki Sharma’s goal is to get the money and he cares less about the best practices when it comes to his company’s level of service. Any star over two is questionable."

"In spite of numerous negative reviews about Move Quick, Inc., I opted to hire this company for my move from West Virginia to Los Angeles. I spoke to Phillip, the manager/owner, who convinced me that the posted complaints had been resolved and were exaggerations. However, I, too, was subjected to an exaggerated low bid in order to snag my business. I, too, experience problems with the pick up and the delivery dates. The movers were a day late in arriving, then quoted me a 67% increase in price, from $3,100 to $5,200. BUT I was stuck. The company already had my deposit money. Also, I was charged for one flight of stairs and an exaggerated inaccurate measurement of my front door to the truck. I had been told there was no fee for one flight. I had provided exact measurements for the items in my two rooms of furniture. True, I had 51 boxes instead of 40 but that did not warrant such an increase in price, 67% almost $2,000. Delivery was also problematic. I had told Move Quick, Inc. that I would be at my new home 25 days after the pick up, October 30, 2019. That should have been more than enough time for any truck to drive cross country. They made me wait until December 4, 2020, a total of 25 days to drive 2,400 miles. I made the drive solo in 5 days. Communication with the company once they have your money is near to impossible. It took threats and 6 days for Philip to respond. He then provided an insignificant $75 discount. My recommendation: go with a larger company than can provide an accurate estimate and deliver within a reasonable time. Also, use a company that uses the industry standard of moving cost based on the weight of your items. Don’t let Phillip tell you his method of charging based on volume is better. No one else does this, for a reason. Other estimates I had received were in the $3,700 range.I should have Booked Elsewhere!”"

"The 2 people who actually showed up were professional, although they arrived very late, which I attribute to three poor management. I was quoted 3 guys for 8 hours, and only 2 showed up. They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."
