"You was never no showed, there is documentation proving this, you're angry that you were caught attempting to commit insurance fraud. To tell an insurance company that something CANNOT be fixed when it can, just to get yourself a new appliance is absolutely insurance fraud, and it's lying. 8 years is not the life expectancy of a washing machine, 15-20 years is the life expectancy, and a board failure for whatever reason is not nor has it ever been a catastrophic failure. Furthermore, your insurance company makes the decision on what should be repaired and what should not be repaired. You sabotaged your appliance in an attempt to defraud the insurance company. You should also tell everyone that reads this what you called my tech over and over when he told you that he would not lie to the insurance company. I would love to compare the call log on your phone with ours to see who actually had to call the police on whom. I own this company, I am not the techs mother. If you continue to lie about the situation in order to slander my company, then you will leave me no choice, and I will have to begin legal action against you, at which time phone records will be pulled, the 911 recording from my tech calling in where you are clearly heard calling him the names that I referenced earlier, along with multiple threats if he didn't lie to your insurance company about your appliance. We wish you all the best, but in the future, you should not try to lie to get something you want, it's dishonest, and shows no integrity."
"Oh, Mr. Mark [Consumer Name Removed], I appreciate your feedback! However let's state some facts. Your original appt for the diagnosis of your unit was Thursday October 10th (tech showed up and it still hasn't even been a month), the next appointment was scheduled for October 15th unfortunately your parts had not arrived (ordered by your warranty company), your wife was made aware so your appointment was not a no show. It was not a work truck it was actually a work car and although it is a newer vehicle mechanical failures happen. I hope you are one of the more fortunate folks that has never had any mechanical problems with your vehicles, yet again I let your wife know so you were not no showed. You indeed were never no showed, your wife was always updated. Now on to your actual washer, the control board worked on the original diagnosis of your unit and for whatever reason it did not work upon the return trip for repair (the tech even asked you if you had taken a power surge to the home recently). You were so infuriated that the tech would not help you commit insurance fraud by telling your insurance company that the unit was completely unrepairable as you demanded. When the technician said no you became so enraged that it was the tech and our office that had to call the police when you started to threaten to "eff him up. All of the events that transpired were recorded and are available for review. I could never be more fortunate of the UPS box address, it certainly prevents threatening customers like your self from just showing up. I hope your issue with the washer gets taken care of however our company will not now or ever do business with customers whom think it is acceptable to threaten anyone's life."
