Painter did a terrible job, I believe there were whole sections unpainted, work is blotchy and came out looking worse prior to painting, painter blamed poor work on gutter causing rusting and being over filled, I hire gutters cleaners to clean my gutters, they told me my gutters were fine and aluminum does not rust, so there the painter lied, I feel like they sold my money

"Hi ms. [Member Name Removed] I’m so sorry for your unsatisfactory on the job my employees did at your residence. With your request to paint your rust aluminum siding with a 2 fresh coats of white. My colleague did inform myself and employees about the complaints you submitted during the time of the scheduled working days at your residence. We did our best to accommodate you with your request. We tip you with an extra gallon of paint purchased by the company and applied 4 coats of white instead of 2 coat agreed on. Sorry you wasn’t satisfied with the high quality of paint use for your aluminum siding. Side note: aluminum does rust over time… company tried several time to go back to residence and make up with your unsatisfactory complaints but with no luck to your response. But Thank you for your honest comment. We will review this going forward and will make sure all customers is satisfied 100%.. sincerely Josh at modest bro painters"

The whole process was great from the prompt estimate to working with me on my tight timeline to paint the majority of the inside of my new house. The team worked every day to get the job completed and didn't skimp on preparing the edges, cleaning up the trim, and ensuring the proper amount of coats made it to the walls.

Excellent from the courteous customer service, the rapid response to the request for a painter, keeping in touch while I waited to close on my house and get the keys, their work ethic, the job was done quickly as they worked long hours to get it done before the movers bring my furniture on Wednesday. Oh…and it looks great.

Very well..good job very polite man... one thing on my part I’m not too technologically savvy on devices so I wanted to pay with credit card and I use my email like they tell you then password which I did but...it kept saying not valid don’t understand cuz that is my email and password so it’s a good thing I had the cash which I wanted to use credit...thank u Deborah on [email protected]
