George and his wonderful crew worked wonders in my 70+ yr old basement of my two-family house. The foundation walls were saturated in many places with no true drains for the moisture; the floor was uneven; To clear an area for all the work that was needed .. ... for example to create a french drain. replace cinder block walls, install two best-quality sump pumps ..... the oil tank needed to be moved, a washing machine and its high cement foundation removed, two falling apart wood storage closets covering one whole wall along with the old wood steps to the basement., etc. The best part of the work was George and the crew. From the start he gave me an honest estimate and took as much time as was needed to explain all that needed to be fixed and why. I am 73 and this was greatly appreciated - I have friends who also used Superior Basement and they agree in all respects. George Massery is also one of the kindest and honest men I have met over so many years of working on my house (and personally too). My son came up from Florida and was so very impressed with all the work that was done (and he agreed that all was needed) and my son was a contractor for 35 years! "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field.
