I asked if they needed anything for me to do and they just kept on working and replied no they did not need me to do anything. I could hear scrubbing and soft communication between the two of them. It was my apartment sized stove with caked on gunk. At the end of an hour, the stove top and oven were sparkling clean. I would use them again. The price was reasonable as I communicated with other companies, and they were the best reasonable prices."
