Excellent. We thought the sofa was ruined. Crown made it look like new. Not one trace of the vomit. Highly recommend this company.

Serviceman Rob was prompt, professional, courteous, and responsive. He explained the process thoroughly and set about to his task. He was done in about two hours - he had to move some furniture that was too much for me to handle. The carpets were dry enough to walk on in a couple of hours, totally dry that evening, and they look fabulous! Everything from my initial phone call to the owner to inquire about them and their process, to the follow-up calls, to Rob's work has been top-notch. We highly recommend, and we will use Crown again!

Rob came exactly when he said he would and cleaned the couch. There was no stain or smell when he left. He was very pleasant, personal and professional and I would definitely use their service again for any upholstery or carpet cleaning. It could not have gone smoother.

Fantastic job. On time , friendly. Cleaned entire house carpets. Carpets look great, stains removed. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

They were prompt, removed all the furniture, vacuumed the area to be cleaned and then went "to work"; they were exceptionally professional, friendly and very fair pricing. I have dealt with Rob specifically on several occasions and have made many referrals to my friends. No one has ever been disappointed !

The carpets had not been cleaned in about 5 yeas and were very dirty. I didn't expect them to come out as well as they did. Rob did an excellent job and got all the stains out. The major traffic pattern on the stairs were still a little somewhat soiled but I expected that.

Came out exactly as he described it would. Indicated early on some problems spots which were understandable with wear. Very satisfied with the result, schedule and overall customer service.

He arrived right on time and got to work right away. We had moved all of the small items out of the rooms and he took care of moving the rest. First he vacuumed the areas very well. Then he began the washing process. He worked efficiently and got everything done in no time. The rooms dried within a few hours and we were able to move all the items back in. I would use ChemDry again.
