My 80 yr old friend needed a lot of help with his house. It was a big and very dirty job. Darlene actually said it would be “satisfying “ to take on this overwhelming job! That gave me much confidence she would get it done. She absolutely delivered!! She and her partners worked long days to get it done. They just kept coming back to attack the grime. They filled a dumpster and delivered my friend his home back. Thank you Darlene and her partners for agreeing to take on this very tough task and providing a sparkling home. I am more than “satisfied.”

Great job! Cleaners (there were 2) arrived on time. They were friendly, hardworking and thorough. ( I tipped each worker in cash, not part of total cost listed in the review)

My sister and I hired Housekeeping Solutions as we prepared to put our family home on the market. There was a great deal of scrubbing to be done as a cleaning-adverse relative had lived there for many years, neglecting to show it the love that it deserved. While we worked in the basement, sorting and trashing, my sister and I could hear the 2 young women, who had arrived promptly at the designated time, hustling overhead to lift the caked-on grime and make our little house shine again. They worked non-stop to tackle each of our requests, and we were so pleased with their efforts. We highly recommend Melani and her team!!

WONDERFUL!!

On 11/18/2021, a cleaning crew came to the house with three people supposed to be for an hour and twenty minutes with an agreed list of what was supposed to be done PRIOR to service given to the owner. The team leader stated, "We will not have time to do a good job and we can't clean the downstairs". I texted the owner that they can leave if they're not going to do what we agreed on. She called me and said that there's three of them, they should be able to get it done but they just need a little more time. I agreed to do two hours for them to COMPLETE the job. The job was not completed and they didn't do what we agreed on. Now, the owner is CLAIMING that I wasn't honest over the phone about the cleaning job which I was.. it is also HER job to do an accurate quote and if she's concerned about it then look at it first IN PERSON. I would pay the full amount IF they completed the job within two hours which I agreed to after she incorrectly quoted me once. THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB, BOTTOM LINE. The photos she has posted on her business page of build up is NOTHING LIKE MY HOUSE. HOWEVER, it is not my job to assess cleanliness of a house, it is her job to assess and give an accurate quote. I wish I just made them leave like my gut originally told me. However, the billing needs to be adjusted bc it was NOT A FINISHED JOB!!!!!

I, obviously, expect services that I consider housecleaning, but are not provided even when I am willing to pay. Each time the cleaners arrive they are brand new to the work of cleaning for others. I would hire again, not because of satisfactory work, but because I cannot locate another service. Have done a very good job with bathrooms.

The cleaners are well trained and professional. Although I do have favorites, I have never had reason to complain about cleaning performance. I have used this service for several years. emerald years.

Wonderful couple of women. I am sorry my husband didn’t get their names so I could mention them in this review. They cleaned everything quickly and efficiently. I will be asking them in my home once this virus pandemic is over. Thank you!

We are still moving in but I wanted the house cleaned. The ladies who came to clean were knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what I asked them to do.

Very well. Prompt, polite & thorough. Cleaned two bathrooms, two bedrooms, hallways, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and laundry room. Plan to continue with service.

The group of three were 10 minutes early and waited no time to get started. They knew their jobs and never stopped until finished. They were very friendly asked questions when needed other wise left me alone. I checked everything and couldn't see anything they had missed. I asked for another small area to be done as well, it was no problem. They happily helped me with that. I am looking forward to having the original three come once a month so my home will look and smell fresh all the time. They were, without a doubt, the best cleaning service I have ever hired.

Cleaning was good, but did NOT receive services agreed upon. Still I tried to schedule every two weeks after 12 noon due to my schedule. After schedules were set for 1:30 to 2 pm every two weeks. I got a reminder for my cleaning that was changed to at 9AM for next day. Totally opposite of what was agreed upon. Instead I was TOLD and not asked if this would work for me. When I explained this to the owner she blamed customers her schedule but NEVER once apologized for HER lack of customer service. I have never had a vendor dictate my schedule to me after agreements were in place. Changing vendors.

They do a great job. It is very nice to come home from work and have a spotless house!

They arrived on time and worked very hard. Our house is now very very clean, thanks to them.

Staff very experienced and accommodating. Quick but precise cleaning; excellent. Owner responded fast and was very easy to work with in scheduling and follow through. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

This company has cleaned for us for several years. I appreciate that it is easy to schedule and talk with the owner who returns my calls promptly. The team arrives on time and ready to work. They are good with my dog and do whatever I need done that visit; I just leave them a note. They do an excellent job on my kitchen and bathroom, and I am VERY fussy about both! I especially appreciate that they do a great job on my floors because I have a back problem and am unable to vacuum or mop. I love coming home to my freshly cleaned house when they are done!

Very impressed.

Couldn't have been a better experience. We needed our newly purchased house deep-cleaned - they were able to fit us in the next week...and the crew that came out did an amazing job. They were also able to stay longer to finish our very long list of cleaning asks. My only worry is that I've never had a cleaning company on a regular basis - and seeing how great of an experience this was - i'm worried I may make a habit of this!

The two woman who came to the house were great. They did an incredible job. I was embarrassed at how clean the house when they were done. I didn't realize how dirty it was before. The only issue was that they brought their own vacuum and when they first ran it I think the bag was full because the whole second floor smelled like vacuum dirt/dust. Luckily it was a nice day and we had the windows open the smell dissipated before they left. I think they switched bags when they moved downstairs because the first floor didn't have the same problem.

I have been using this service for almost two years. They come at the designated time, start working immediately, and do a great job. They even do extra things if time allows, i.e., wipe baseboards, vacuum porch, etc. They are wonderful with my dog. I trust them and have no problem leaving a key for them.

Wow! This company does cleans with chemical free products. The workers were efficient and hard workers. Thank you for a job well done!

Overall, very well. Ladies were knowledgeable about how to take care of Pergo floors. Occasional area not completely dusted. Shower curtain with soap and conditioner on it.

I have used this service for over a year and a half. They are prompt and professional. Willing to do whatever specific job/areas I request. Owner always calls after to check to see if I was happy with the crew and their work. And, I can always call her if I have any questions/complaints. So far, I have had no complaints. I have had to reschedule one time, and it was not a problem for them. They know my dog and I feel very comfortable leaving my house unlocked for them and they are happy to lock up when they leave. I give them an A+.
