When there was an issue with the water heater he came right out to see what the problem was and replaced a faulty part. No issues or problems since. This was not a planned installation and I would not wish for anyone to have to deal with the stress on this level but If you do he is someone to call. I waited to write this review so I could make sure he stands by his work and continued to provide the same exceptional service if any issues arise which he did. "Excellent work,made sure everything was working fine before leaving.I had diverters with springs in the back of them for a long time.I did not like them as they would break all the time.Cheap plastic.Brass valves and full turn knobs were put in.I love the new set.It is sturdy and will last a long time.Also a tub water stopper and a new over flow was put in along with new plastic pipe under the stopper.The stopper is great.All you have to do is step on it for water to go down or stay up.Very professional attitude.On time to do the work.Cleaned up after the job was done.Will hire for other work in the future."
