Andy James of JDJ worked with us closely on our project to convert an oil burning boiler providing radiator heat and hot water over to a Natural Gas fired furnace - installed with regular duct work, an electric water heater and Central Air Conditioning. When there was an issue with the water heater he came right out to see what the problem was and replaced a faulty part. No issues or problems since. This was not a planned installation and I would not wish for anyone to have to deal with the stress on this level but If you do he is someone to call. I waited to write this review so I could make sure he stands by his work and continued to provide the same exceptional service if any issues arise which he did.
