"Hurricane solutions installed a home generator for us two years ago. It was explained to the salesman and the person that came out to review the job that we had a solar edge solar panels with batteries that was connected to the grid and that the batteries powered the house first before switching to the grid when there was no sun. Everyone from the company assured us that they knew how to install the generator. They wired it without connecting to the solar panel control box. It has not powered the house since it was installed because the generator can sense the power in the batteries which are not allowed to go below 10% as not to ruin them. Hurricane solutions has refused to fix the problems they created. I spent over a year contacting them dozens of times with them about their improper installation with no results. They have shown that they will not fix problems that they have created due to their ignorance on how to install a generator into a modern solar system. Dennis F. "
