"“Veterans Tile”, Sergio Jr, and his crew came highly recommended by our neighbor who had her own work done by them. We had a massive project in front of us, as our existing back patio and front porch (circa 1957) was a crumbling mess of concrete. We had multiple contractors come in for estimates, and most of them told us that the scope of work was too much for them to handle, and others came in with astronomical estimates. Being fairly new to the Hudson Valley, this made us uneasy on whether we would ever get this done? When Sergio Jr accompanied with his dad came, their demeanor was with complete confidence, respectful and with a smile. Every aspect was explained to us from start to finish. The work started, and finished in exactly 9 days, as we added more projects on like an additional walkway, as well as shoring up the footings on our rear deck. The crew did phenomenal and professional restoration. We look forward to working together again. Very satisfied!"

Recently we completed a very challenging project that required the excavation under our old seasonal home in conjunction with a significant 2-story addition. After interviewing three reputable and recommended contractors, we decided to work with Dave Nessel, owner of Unique Construction. Dave presented a clear concise estimate of the scope for the work proposed, the costs we should expect and a timeframe for completion; all proved to be very accurate. He and his team of true artisans obviously enjoyed their work. Laughter and music would usually overshadow the sound of the power tools that were working in synchrony. The exceptional fit and finish in a clean and neat environment were easily appreciated. Dave is truly a meticulous visionary. During the project, he was never shy about recommending esthetic modifications which deviated from the architects drawings. Whether these change orders originated from him or us, they were never with exorbitant fees, but were billed for time and materials used. The final result far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I would recommend Dave Nessel and Unique Construction without any reservation. Unique Construction….minimal caulk required"
