The Pool Cleaner

They arrived 2 hours late. They left equipment on my property came back and got their property without my permission. They dumped dirty water in my pool after they said that they were not going to. They said they were able to fix a patch and then they said that they were not able to. Very unprofessional. Every time I set up a time and date with them they were late or did not show up and they took the top off the pool and left it balled up in the grass.. I would give them no stars if possible.

She is excellent! I was having so many issues with keeping my pool looking clean. The filter was kicking the diamateous earth back into the pool and it was awful. They came out took a look and knew immediately what the problem was. They did the work and my pool looks amazing! They are professional and very good at what they do. I would reccommend them to everyone!

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and gave me good information! I will hire them again! And if you have your own chemicals they are glad to use them which will save you money.

Unreliable !Does not show up when she tells you she will. Never came back to clean pool as promised. Ladder was crooked because screws was put in wrong place . Definitely don't recommend !
