"They arrived 2 hours late. They left equipment on my property came back and got their property without my permission. They dumped dirty water in my pool after they said that they were not going to. They said they were able to fix a patch and then they said that they were not able to. Very unprofessional. Every time I set up a time and date with them they were late or did not show up and they took the top off the pool and left it balled up in the grass.. I would give them no stars if possible."

They had every opportunity to sell me what ever it took to make the pool look descent but failed. The relationship ended with Nicole yelling at me on the phone. If you are looking for a pool company with ZERO customer service and the inability to open a pool WITHOUT your help, this company is for you. What a disaster..."
