Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be."

I liked the fact that Joe himself came to give the estimate versus someone else within the company that may not have been able to give me a quote on site. Since the work was being done to our seasonal home 4 1/2 hours away, he was able to accommodate my schedule to meet and go over the job. "I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage.
