They used my personal towels to clean up flood instead of a shop vac which left me to lander six nasty smelling and dirty towels once they left. I had to mop for in kitchen and it left wood floor of sink wet and smelly. It also ruined a $200 wool rug I had in lichen. This was the Real Plumber."

I needed imperfections repaired to drywall in two bathrooms both bathrooms needed to be re painted, install exhaust fan and light fixture in bathroom, install hardware for doors to the bathrooms and sanding and smoothing the drywall imperfections as well. Instead, Derek sent over his own company electrician to review the work to be done. Martin (electrician) did not want to open the ceiling for fear of damaging the soffits. He instead said he would run the wires thru a 2nd floor outlet to the porch. We set a date and time and he was at the house right on schedule. The job turned out to be more difficult than we thought but Martin was patient, professional and persistent. He managed to snake the wires and install the fans. I am very pleased with the work. "Our shower was leaking into the ceiling below.  I thought a pipe or the shower basin was leaking and we would have to tear open the floor to fix it.  I was very stressed out and worried.  We contacted Spirit & Truth plumbing based on their reviews.  Charles, the owner, picked up and was very polite.  He was able to come to our house that very day.   He was very thorough and looked at everything.  I explained the problem we were having and he decided to try with the basics first.  After looking at our shower drain he cleaned it out and tested the leaking by pouring water down the drain and letting the water run for awhile.  There was no sign of leakage.  Charles could have lied and told me that it was a bigger problem and more money, but he was honest that it was a simple fix.  He was funny and very nice.  I would definitely recommend him to our family and friends!"

"After an initial discussion on the jobs to be done, John went right to work on the most difficult job first, (kitchen sink).  Even though he had to go off site to swap a part,  he completed the job right away.  John finished the remaining two jobs easily, and took the old parts out, and clean up afterwards.  John was very professional, and answered any questions I had about these and future jobs.  I would recommend that all clients do their best to have all parts needed on site, so the service provider can stay on site.  I did have issues with other workers in the past, so it was very refreshing to have someone come in, and have completed work done in a timely matter.  I would recommend his services to all that need them.
